Practice method of darts
Dart holding method and basic throwing skills:
1. There are four common dart holding methods, but not absolute, as long as you feel comfortable. It is very important to hold the dart at the center of gravity to ensure the stability of the dart in the air.
2. With one foot in front, naturally rotate an angle. When throwing darts, you should concentrate on the target. The forearm swings forward to drive the wrist movement to throw the darts. After the darts are released, the arms and wrists expand naturally, and all joints relax. The dart process pursues natural stretch. The dart flies a small parabola in the air. When hitting the target, it is appropriate for the dart to be perpendicular to the target surface or the tail wing of the dart to tilt up slightly.
Dart techniques include:
① Yin hand dart. The palm is down, firing towards the front or outside, and the target is lower than the chest.
② Yang hand dart. Palm up, firing towards the front or inside, with the target higher than the chest.
③ Return dart. Palm down, fire back.
④ Take the dart. Dodge to pass the enemy's dart, then grasp the tail of the dart, and avoid meeting the source during practice.
